Thought I'd get this going early.
What are everyone's predictions for this evening? I'm going for homemade fish and chips, but I'd settle for jacket potato and beans.

I'll be going for a run this evening and will probably take the dog with me as he probably won't get a walk during the day.
We've recently bought our daughter a collection of Julia Donaldson books so I'll also be reading a few of those with her after bath time no doubt.
Probably homemade pizza for dinner but don't hold me to that.

No appetite atm, might have a drink this evening - possibly seven in a row. Anything good on telly?

Due to a surfeit of spuds (we signed up for an organic veg box that seems to consist of little other than potatoes and cabbage of various descriptions - Mrs Zero claims it's good for us, I am thinking of signing up for a pastry box in retaliation) it is likely to be jacket spuds for us as well. Mrs Zero will probably watch Robbie Coltrane in National Treasure tonight, not my kind of thing so I will probably listen to some music and read a bit more of my book.

If anyone is desperate for a football fix tonight, Solihull Moors vs Southport from the Conference is on the telly (and your favourite dodgy stream provider - probably). That's a couple of lower league clubs playing each other in a proper pyramid match. Just saying.

Have to lance the cat's boil. Was going to do it this afternoon but will leave it until later as there is nothing of interest going on this evening. Hmm not sure what's worse, the smell of a cat having a boil lanced(and that stinks) or Pig Hill, Yep its Pig Hill

You can say chesch pizda = hi friend. 1 beer = pivo, 2 beers = dva piva, 5 beers = piench piv speardaley = how are you? zrob me loda = Can I have the bill please. EDIT- Don't want you to get into any trouble so don't say any of these except the beer one. That one is safe.

Up the cowboys, if you can tear yourself away from beer, ask for 'zubrowka czysta' (zubrowka clear) which some call zubrowka biawa (zubrowka white) ... a really smooth vodka made by the same people who make the famous bison grass vodka. Krakow is a lovely city - have fun!

You'll have scores of U's fans with you...... FOOTBALL fans are being warned by police that any anti-social behaviour at tonight’s derby match against Oxford will result in a swift and robust response from officers. Wiltshire Police have said they will be deploying a dedicated team of officers around the town in a bid to deter any violent behaviour from fans. Scores of supporters are expected to arrive at Swindon Railway Station from Oxford in time for the 7.45pm kick-off. The warning comes after Thames Valley Police arrested six people after a minor disorder when Swindon Town last came face to face with Oxford United last month.

Hope the TVP are following this thread, let it be a warning of the havoc that me and 50,000 other Oxford fans are going to wreak on that pisspot in Wiltshire. I'm talking casual littering, Jake Wright-level shouting noises, the lot! Might even do a bit of jaywalking; You 'eard!!!

I`m planning to leave work at 4.00pm, walk home & see if my Coventry ticket has arrived. After that do a bit of paperwork and may even cut the grass, last cut before winter sets in. Also need to bring in the washing I hung out this morning. Think I will then settle down for a couple of episodes of police interceptors or similar crud on the telly box.
Nothing else to do is there.................

Just tvp bigging themselves up, they know through poll ice intelly gents that there will be a low turn out and therefore controlling a few window lickers and bum scratchers will be easy peasey, and so they will gain a bit of street cred.
