No junior. I'm normally very lenient. At my suggestion he was given extra posts and his first post on the MDT today is pure trolling. So if someone else posted it would the same apply? You're pathetic. Block my account as well. The self policing on here is pathetic. Boo-f*cking-hoo. Your right about people's self policing being pathetic, hense the mods stepping in. You're welcome to "self-police" though and f*ck off, we'll cope.

I missed the start of the interview , What did Wilder say about the injured players that did'nt play today Constable they didn't know or something as scan was inclusive and now they know its a foot injury but I think Wilder is guessing the times of the injuries as if they don't really know the specific injury I can't see how they can give it a time period. Wright I think they said has an infection in his knee and has been in hospital all week. Smalley hadn't trained all week until Friday.

Thanks, hopefully these latest injures aren't too bad and the players get fitter quicker than expected

CW said the initial scan was inconclusive but now they know Beano has chipped a bone in his foot. Out for 4-6 wks, disappointing and injury recovery is always a bit of guesswork. Wright had an infection in his groin has been in hospital all week and had surgery to remove an abcess. Out for 4-6 wks.

Well done United. Not an easy place togo and get a point, especially with our injury ravaged squad.
Big one coming up.

I thought with Burton, Cheltenham and Chesterfield, obviously I would want as many of the nine points that were there for OUFC to get I was quietly thinking 3 points from these three games I would have been happy 3 tough matches but so far 4 points and a game till to go I'm pretty chuffed,

I think we have done quite well to the start of the season as most people stated at the start not many points against teams that came down and were up towards the top.So i'm very happy with the staRT and with luck pick points consistantly which we didn't last year.I for one think we can stay the pace and look to finish in top6...

What did Moobs do?
It was a decent point today. Cheltenham were another long ball, set piece team. McGlashan is a diver. Does he fall over that much when he's out and about?

Nothing really. Seemed a bit strange to block him for the comment he made on this thread, considering some of the blatant trolling he has got away with previously.

He didn't make any comment for our goals, but was keen to suggest our season was going tits up as usual.
His previous history caught up with him. He didn't care we had scored, which says a lot about him.
He had chance after chance, and he ran the risk of being banned, so can't have any complaints.
Has Junior calmed down now?

I've an innovative idea.
When one has established that a particular poster has nothing constructive to offer then, and this is revolutionary I know, don't read their posts.
If a poster's posts are likely to bring this forum trouble through something truly wrong then ban that person. Otherwise, just ignore them

OK, having watched the highlights, got to admit that was Raynes's messup for the first goal.
Also, how did we ever get away with that handball towards the end? The ref was right on top of it... accidental obviously but it seems pretty clear cut.

The ref was right on top of it... accidental obviously but it seems pretty clear cut. Definitely rode our luck with the blatant hand ball. Two sloppy goals conceded and horrible defending from Cheltenham gifted us our first but it's got Kitson off the mark. Big plus is us getting goals from set pieces after years of moaning about not doing it. Still unbeaten and battling away but squad wise we're down to the bare bones until we get some players back from injury in November.

(Another) Ok performance, we looked much better early second half when we got the ball down and played rather than the hit and hope approach.
Two shocking goals to concede our defending was quite poor if I am honest.
I thought Rose looked comfortable on the ball and was getting stuck in. Kitson looked very good worked hard and he plays with intelligence.
However, If wilder played with more width we could have taken all 3 points today. I also thought wilder got the Williams sub wrong. Id have brought Williams on however taken off Asa Hall. Their right back looked vulnerable but no one throughout the whole afternoon had a run at him. Finally, POTTER IS NOT A FORWARD, Kitson was laying off some clever balls but Potter (understandably) couldn't read them.

Have just read through this thread... re Moobs, to me seems an odd decision, based on the post itself. Anyway not my forum so not my rules! But I would say that some of the crap Moobs comes out with keeps me amused so I appeal to other to fill the gap ?... Maybe I have thicker skin than others? For clarity has Moobs been sent off and is thus missing a few matches or has a life ban been imposed? I must be bored on a Sunday morning to even be bothered to ask the question ? COYY

Maybe with Moobs it was the straw that broke the camels back. Clearly he enjoys the troll more than he does the team doing well. I wouldn't mind but when he bothers to stop the nonsense, he has a lot of good stuff to say.

What is this with trolling?
As probably an older person on this forum, I just don't understand. Something like trying deliberately annoy/ upset people?
As somebody else suggested Moobs can come up with some sensible stuff at times (the pro Arsenal anti Oxford stuff is just a little strange)

I didn't go to yesterdays game , I was pleases Kits scored and from what I heard on rad ox it was a tough game, but the question I will ask anybody who was at the game Mark Yeats said this is where their season starts as they as he put it battered us, did they batter us?

It was hard to conclusively see at the game, but having seen it on the box, the Ref had given similar handballs against us outside the box earlier in the game - I didn't think were handballs as they were accidental. It was ball to hand, rather than hand to ball so was harsh to give as there was no intention. Cheltenham fans were rather obsessed with hand ball claims.

It was ball to hand, rather than hand to ball so was harsh to give as there was no intention. Cheltenham fans were rather obsessed with hand ball claims. Perhaps if Cheltenham hadn't spent the game diving in and around the box the ref might have given it? By the time the handball claim occurred I think that the ref was pretty fed up with them making false claims too be honest. As for Yates saying that they battered us, we'll, it was pretty even. If you check the game stats on the BBC reports, it actually swings it into our favour. Also, why is it that the BBC online match reports always quote the opposition manager and very rarely CW?
