The last game of the season.......................... or not! Either way, hopefully a good turn out from the yellows (a 1000 or so) and more importantly a professional performance from our boys on the pitch. all we can do is get the 3 points, whatever happens at Crewe is out of our hands. The Lincoln yellows are train bound from 9.19am for what will be one hell of a rollercoaster afternoon.................. . Port Vale - 1 OXFORD UTD - 3 Att 5987 (1032 yellows) . Crewe Alex - 1 Aldershot - 1 . GAME OVER....................................!

Up here in stoke at the moment, most stoke fans (family) have said they reckon Crewe will struggle tomorrow now their centre half is out. They however are not sure we will beat Vale as much as they would like us too.
2-1 Oxford 1-0 Aldershot
Crowd of 700 Oxford fans and 3 stoke ST holders I have tagging along. The Bulls Head beckons.

Crewe 1 Aldershot 2
and with the score 1-1 at Vale Oxford get a penalty in added time.
Who will take it - and what will happen???
Aaaargh
Craddock begs Leven to relieve him of the resposibility but PL passes the ball to Beano who has a sudden bout of cramp.
Up steps player of the season Andy Whing - and as he starts his run up there is a bright orange flash. Vale suibstitute Lewis Haldane (claiming he is warming up) is streaking behind the GK.

I have to say i'm frigging nervous! It's going to be a tense afternoon but hopefully the football Gods will favour us!
I'm going to go for 2-0 to U's and 1-0 to the shots. I'm hoping Aldershot can do us a massive favour today and hopefully we MIGHT go into the play-offs on the back of a win!

I'm still hoping for a miracle, but at the end of the day it's not in our hands. Even if we win there are no garentees. Beano has confirmed on Twitter he is not fit for the game.

Tony Capaldi plays! I thought he was just a tax scam signing to syphon off wages. Turns out he exists.
Horton Out if we don't win today.

Why isn't Wilder starting Constable? Has he fallen out with him on the training pitch?

I have this horrible horrible feeling, that we will thrash PV today and Crewe will narrowly draw with Aldershot. Hence us being out of the running....

I'm just trying to get in as many excuses about Wilder and the players now. What's the betting Craddock misses an easy chance to take us into the play offs and is then complained about all week on here?

We aren't winning today. Mr Pedantic tosspot Darren Drysdale is reffing. One of the worse I've seen this season. He puts the clue into clueless
