No....I simply feel that Swindon (Your current Champions) are too good to be playing at your level sunshine.... Ahhhh....Swindon Town 2nd Division Champions, Reading the Championship winners and rightfully going up to the Premier League, Cheltenham in the Play Offs and you lot actually staying in the League!!!! Success all around I think!!! Well done!!! ;D As for the only thing you lot keep falling back on...it goes to show how Tin Pot your club is..."Yay..we beat Swindon twice in a season....yay...we have slipped out of the play offs but we beat Swindon....yay our biggest rivals have won our League but we beat Swindon....Yay even Cheltenham have finished above us but we beat Swindon".... So..Oxford United defination of succes is.....We beat Swindon Town!!!! I along with many Swindon fans take this as a compliment!!! And most football fans would agree that every season in every competition you get surprise results for example...Chelsea turning over Barcelona was a surprise for most.....as was your victories over us...BUT the league table does not lie!!! Over the season we were far superior to you...as were Cheltenham by the way!!! And as for "Ranting" I'm certainly not!!!! I'm laughing my head off!!! We are promoted to the first Division as Champions...and are already planning back to back promotions...success!!! And as for Oxford...you beat Swindon....SUCCESS!!! You had to break the bank to get out of this league, you have got no chance of back to back promotions when the division above has plenty of teams who spend that sort of money. Still keep spending, its going to enjoyable when it all blows up in your faces - AFC Swindon by 2016 I reckon, enjoy the Hellenic league. Hahaha!!!...I think you should worry about your own accounts!!! We have a great board giving great backing..Like it or not we are on the up!!! We will will have a clear out of the unwanted players followed by some good signings. You however, will not have to wait until 2016.....you failed this year...and now the slide back to your real level begins....Blus Square 2013/14 for you... Wilder has done a good job though to be fair. A shame a lot of your fans don't realise that he is doing well....they have dreams of granduer when the truth is...Oxford are simply not good enough to be out of the bottom tier of English football. Next season will be one of struggle for you, and most of you know it!!!

We have "dreams of granduer" (your illiteracy)! You have spent less time than us in the top flight and if one club should be used to spending most of its time in the fourth division it is you bunch of kiddie fiddlers, it's the division you have spent virtually all your history in.
At the begining of the season FL clubs agreed to a voluntary cap on wages, while Oxford and most clubs stuck to this Swindon paid lip service but ignored it to spend nearly £4 million on wages, a sum that is much, much more than any other club spent (great achievement by Paolo the orphan) and is totally unsustainable for a small club in a total nonentity of a town in a backwater of England.
You have done this so many times in the past when clubs got away it but havent realised that times have changed and it is increasingly being punished now. I give it a couple of years of failing to get promoted from league one where your extra money will not make much difference before running at the sort of loss that you currently are cause shit to hit the fan. By then clubs having financial problems will have reached a point where it will be time just to let one go, your miserable hole of a town will be one no one will miss visiting so no one will care and it will be au revoir Swindon Town, bonjour AFC Swindon.
Still after a few years you might get promoted enough times to get a derby against supermarine.

FL2 clubs have had a mandatory wage cap for years; it was reduced for FL2 clubs this season and began a systematic roll out into L1 - Sketchy details hereIt would appear from this newspaper report from the same time, that sanctions are applied "in secret".......

Half of you mistakenly accuse PDC of being a Nazi because they don't actually understand what his beliefs are...then they accuse our followers of being "Kiddy Fiddlers" when they themselves welcomed a convicted Child Sex Abuser has a Manager!!!! Is was less than 5 years after going to prison for having full sex with a minor that you lot of inbreds took Rix as your Manager wasn't it? Seeing has you bought the subject up out of absolutely nothing I'm guessing he fit right in with you lot??? Clearly something you think about "Hairy"..... And I notice that just like this mega succesful season you have just had where you beat us, you have to resort to past history of a very long time ago!!! Yes you have had more time in the top flight...you have also been out of the League!!!! Which was a lot closer in time than your days of being in the top flight... Let's see where both teams are this time next year.....I'm guessing we will be around the top end of Div one and that you lot are dusting off those Blue Square maps you were all bragging about having at the begining of this season!!! See you lot again......if we get drawn against each other in a cup!!!!!!

Okay, in that case Wigan are MASSIVE compared to You. As are Walsall, and the mighty Yeovil! Oh yes! mighty Yeovil with billions in the bank and 5,000 seats at the HUGE Huish Park . Not to forget Hartlepool United with their massive fan base and illustrious history. Not to forget THEIR huge, modern stadium at Victoria Park, 4,180 seats and 3,000 people can stand. ooooooooooooooh. That is tinpot ;D
