if you are looking for the bottle jobs, i suggest you check those in the yellow shirts Harsh, sounds like the players gave a good account of themselves? i'm looking at the last four games really. pressure on and failed to win any of them. this side don't have it their legs or in their minds to make it. a great shame

Crewe have to play both Cheltenham and Torquay before ending at home to Aldershot. I'd dearly like for us to be at least three points clear before that last game, but I still reckon that we can do well against Vale. Keep the faith!!!

My concern is that given our form, it is hard to see us picking up points/wins in our remaining games. If we were in reasonable form then i would back us.

Possibly, the guy was struggling to articulate what he was saying but I thought he was talking about Wilder. He started ranting about Morgan after he'd said that I think.

I think CW missed the point about the sub of Chapman, the crowd weren't suggesting he should have taken off another one of the midfielder, he should have taken one of the strikers off.

Chapman's sub was correct, he wasn't having a great game and Beano added energy and nearly set up a goal.

But he was switching the system to 442? It didn't look that way. I thought we were winning everything in midfield before the substitution. I enjoyed the game, we should have won it, the two clearances off the line were unlucky. We hardly ever get penalties.

It looked a fairly standard 4-4-2 to me, save the first couple of minutes where everyone was covering for everyone else.

Congratulations go to Wayne Brown for his performance today. His first league game for two years and a clean sheet.

I always had a feeling a draw was on the cards today with Gills having a last chance to make the play offs. Was always going to be tough and it was just as well Macclesfield made it tough for Crewe. Still want Macclesfield to go down, worst team I have watched all season and will surely be a credit to the Conference. I bet Luton are looking forward to their visit

I cant understand why the Chapman decision was booed? We changed to 442 and he was the player Wilder rightly sacrificed.

He was our worst midfielder today imo, correct decision. I suspect he'll be back and firing next week though.

Chapman was poor today.Right decision to sustitute him.Morgan was injured about ten minutes previous to going down.He didnt deserve the boos yes his worth ethic is poor but he is skillful and can win a game.Johnson went over to easily he was never going to get a penalty. Our problem is converting chances three left anything can happen it seems the other teams are as inconsistent as us.

Quickly. The Lino gave a pen ( flag across chest ) then he withdrew it when the ref played on..
It was a pen

I'm embarassed to be an Oxford fan right now. Some of our fans are a bunch of deluded muppets. Morgan was clearly injured, by Montrose I believe - another thing the Ref missed. He should have stayed down, but to boo him like that is frankly immature and I'm fed up of our so called "fans" acting like a bunch of spoilt brats because they don't like a player or get what they want.
I'm more angry about our fans than I am the game. People either need to grow the eff up or just don't come. The reaction of some fans today was like we were on the verge of relegation.
I don't know why Wilder puts up with such an ungrateful bunch of ingrates - and I'm not saying should be unquestioned by the way. Act your age, not your shoe size.
