Give me a โflatโ season like this in comparison to 90% of the last 20. Even Saturday was thrilling - well the last 30 seconds was... Agree with that. Also there are little nuggets of supreme skill to be found such as the occasional twinkle toes of Ricardinho. The way he beat one opponent on Saturday was so Brazilian.

Thanks as ever for the report Paul. Glad we won of course and also glad for Ruffels that he scored the winner, first time he's done that apparently. Agreed, thus far one this season it's a matter of searching out the nuggets, like Ricardinho's footballing skills. To add to your list, as it's my personal gripe, is the stadium (overall condition, state of the facilities etc) which makes me feel 'flat' every time I go to it.

Seb Stockbridge the ref - You say he was referee for Peterborough, H last season and also Rotherham. In each of these games, and obviously Saturday, he has awarded us a penalty, but we've missed 2 out of the 3! It must be a bit unusual to have same ref for 2 home games within two months.
