Could go either way, anything but a win though and last weekends result won't really count for much in terms of how bad our form is
Eastwood
Ribeiro Nelson Mousinho Ricardinho
Ledson Ruffles
Rothwell Payne Henry
Thomas

Never look forward to Wimbledon matches; more a case of enjoying the spread and enlightened discussion at the Bird then tolerating a match where we don't quite rise above the spoiling of a negative side before plunging into the Groupon crowd at the Bear.
We will lose 2-3 after Williamson gives away a penalty after 86 mins then 'The Perennial Victims" score 2 quick ones aa we fall apart.
After the match Payne will be found to have hoofprints all over his body, a total of 5.

jWhich means we'll kick lumps out of them, cheat, get them off the ball and time waste from the kickoff.

Still can't believe that a foul wasn't given for that tackle prior to their second goal.

I thought he (carroll) was sent off so misses their next game. So would like to see him involved tomorrow if possible. Bad part of his game, very erratic.

Tough game against a good side, could go either way. We certainly could do with a win but we'll have to be at our best. From reading interviews in the Oxford Mail it seems we'll play 3-5-2. Scary lack of both width & pace in either option. Shows how ill-balanced this squad is.
It further occurs to me that 5 at the back might be asking for trouble since neither Kessell or Thomas have the ability to hold the ball up.

I'd quite like to see a 3-5-2 formation given a go.
Eastwood
Nelson Williamson Mousinho
Ribeiro Rothwell Ledson Ruffles Henry/Ricardiniho
Thomas Payne
Vaan Kessel our impact player coming on for the last 20/25 mins.

Also, since we're already dangerously close to having no fit strikers, does it make sense to play our last two together at the same time? When 1 up top has been fine til now?
Oxford to win in a dull, scrappy game.

3-1 to the yellows today. Expecting a good performance on the back of last weeks win. Hopefully we've turned a corner, and can build up a bit of momentum, start to push ourselves back up the league table.
My guess at our line-up for this afternoon: (4-3-3) Eastwood, Ribiero, Nelson, Williamson, Ricardinho, Ledson, Ruffles, Rothwell, Payne, Thomas, Van Kessel.
Two goals for Thomas and one for Rothwell.

A boring goalless first half before Charlie storms the dressing room at half time and inspires a 4 nil drumming of the Wombles!
Charlie is immediately declared Manager with Steve Perryman as his assist. The wage bill is cut overnight with no one earning more than £20 a game, if its good for Chaz its good enough for these jumped up foreigners!!
DE publicly backs Charlie (lovely man) before buying a second hand caravan and moving to Water Eaton where he is never seen in public again.

Refusing to get my hopes up after last week, Wimbledon won't let us play and when we can't play we really struggle.
3-1 to Wombledon.

Our width and pace is injured but hopefully he'll be back soon. Almost makes you think we could do with a tad more.

Williamson on the bench.

Got a feeling this will be a draw, but hope we sneak it. Can see Gino getting a goal off his arse at some point! That's if he doesn't spend half the time on it!

Can see us getting frustrated with their spoiling anti-football shit. If we are not going to provide width and pace then we will just have to try and play through them... Result 0-0.🙁

We need to be cute today. Lots of falling over with little contact, lots of niggling, give as good as we get from them. They can't do much if you match their intensity and snideness
