Does anyone know a contact, that we could all email? Maybe the City Councils envoironmental department. They may have jurisdiction in regard to this.

Shouldn't be too hasty. As long as the toilets are shite it will put off the gentry and day trippers - or do you want red corduroy trousers in the East Stand?

I'm wondering if there are any laws in place that require facilities to be up to a certain standard? Health and Safety for starters and the Food Standards Agency. Ever wondered where the people serving the food wash their hands after using the loo's? Not the disabled toilets in the South Stand Lower as the taps don't normally work and there is never any hand soap anyway.

On a similar vein, the sound system in the SSU is so bad we can't hear what"s being said, premium prices for shit speakers.
As for the toilets, I have one before I go, my willy is not going near one of those troughs.

Not sure a photo of 20 men with their cocks out pissing into a rusty urinal is the big expose the oxford mail are after No guarantee it would be a particularly large one either.

The only parts of the stadium that get any upkeep are those that get used for conference facilities etc, the rest of the stadium is pretty much left to rot. I used to do some work their as a contractor and it was obvious that beyond an absolute minimum the football/stadium side of the operation is less than an afterthought. We rent an unfinished football ground for a huge sum, get no benefits like money from the bars and even have to pay to get the pitch up to a playable standard, so I doubt the toilets under the stands even get considered. Considering how long we have been in this situation it's definitely the worst deal in English football, I think we have just grown used to it but when you look from the outside it's staggeringly bad. I know Darlington and Coventry did badly out of stadium moves but one of those clubs doesn't exist anymore, and the other at least gets to rent a good stadium at a cheap price unlike our shite one at an extortionate one, so has any club done worse than us out of moving grounds?

The deal they have is quality, they are making loads of money out of it. It might be a soulless ground but at least they profiting from it, we have an unfinished soulless ground that is falling to pieces and is costing us money.

Noticed the east stand car park is very over grown again could do with cutting back some obstructed parking spaces. Having got there at 1:15 and it being full I also noticed containers/building site compound in the bowlplex overflow ?
Seemed like the facilties had a clean well wernt so grotty + rusty in east stand. East stand seats could do with a jet wash thou.
Was chatting to a chap who recently worked on replacing the seals around where the steels protrude through the roof on all 3 stands so hopefully thats the leaks fixed.

Probably another building project by Kassam, whereby, the council have told Kassam that he won't be able to open until he's finished the Priory!!

Yesterday was my 1st visit to the Stadium this season and to be honest I was totally disgusted with the state of the toilets. Nothing has been done to the flooring or the urinals during the close season. To have jet cleaned the floor would have taken very little effort as would a cleaning of the urinals. Will they ever get cleaned by the Stadco or have they been given orders to let the place get dirtier and dirtier? Join OxVox www.oxvox.org.uk/join-oxvox/

Have you seen any improvements? Any repairs? How many floodlights are now no longer functioning? Latest turn is to remove all draft beer from the bars, and prices for bottled beer has gone up again. Reports on here detail unclean and non-functioning toilets among other issues.

Same as last year and a perfectly reasonable price. Toilets were fine too. Not sure what you're banging on about.

What's he's "banging on about" (you seem to have developed a way lately of slamming anyone and everyone who's opinion differs from urs 😉 ) is while u peasants have the pleasure of a nice draught beer at a not to unreasonable price, those of us that pay nearly double in season ticket prices to have the privilege of using not only the headington bar, but also the private bar in the lounge. Now have no private bar as it been closed, and no beer on tap as they have removed the pumps, leaving u with a choice of 330ml becks at £4.70 or 500ml doom bar at £5.90. And the mention of toilets was that under the east stand so u may wanna check their fineness 😉

It seems ridiculous that people paying those prices for Lounge facilities have no access to a private bar in there.
Surely the idea of a lounge is to enjoy the added value for the money you pay i.e the ability to have a nice drink in comfortable surroundings before and after the match and where you have a big screen with Sky, tea and coffee?
What's the rationale for taking the bar away - who makes these decisions?

As for the ES toilets, I had the unfortunate need to use the cubicles and they were, I can confirm, fine - as in perfectly OK. It does sound like you lot are being ripped off though, for sure.

Seriously thinking of moving to be honest. The package is getting worse per season with the cost going the other way. The argument is well the football is a lot better. Which is true but it's also a lot better from the north stand and £350 cheaper. This season the price hike has been nearly all out on the premium seats for the second year running. Rather than across the board
Cubicles ? U sure u been using the gents ?

Stadco made the decision because they claim that the Headington bar lost £15K last season (at those prices?!) due to wastage on draught beer as it wasn't being used from one week to the next. If anyone else is dissatified with the facilities available with there lounge package this season they should email Rosie or Adam Harris (there addresses are on the club website) as they are collecting comments. At least one valued box holder has already given notice that they will no longer be ordering any food or drinks on match days and will be going elsewhere for there refreshments.

I'd be interested to know the cost of a barrel of beer and how many they are throwing away to amount to £15k losses. Same as last season where the tea and coffee was stopped as it was costing the club £25k a season. That is some fine arabica beans
