Forget about going to the US again. Trump will be incandescent with rage that anything thinks he follows anyone's lead.

Oh for the days of George W Bush dragging us into two unwinnable wars... As for his state visit - how about no one turns up to see him? Then he won't be the centre of attention. He would spin any protest against him into some warped propaganda. When a president comes along who make you pine for George W Bush, then you know things are getting out of hand.
