Last Saturday and Sunday I went to an entertaining tournament at the Abbey Stadium involving Cambridge United's first-team squad and young players from West Ham, Espanyol and Shakhtar Donetsk.
Between the games on both days there was a Q&A session with Cambridge's head coach, Richard Money. He said that four teams he expects to do well in League Two this season are Portsmouth, Plymouth, Bury and Shrewsbury. The last two were interesting selections, I thought.

He was never ever going to tip Luton Town was he?
I think Burton look strong and have made the play-offs for the past two seasons.
Outsiders ? - Cambridge U possibly.

Bury are clear favourites last I looked. How they finished plus players signed back that up

Bury I'd agree with, Portsmouth have a large squad but also have a lot of young pros in there. Shrewsbury have had to bring in a lot of players because they didn't have many on their books but they look like they've bought well. Plymouth are shorter on numbers than us, again with a similar number of young pros. Plus they've got Smalley.
Luton, Northampton, York and Burton are reasonable tips right now imo. The first two because they've had decent budgets, the last two because they've kept their squads intact from last season's play off sides.
