It's not my wish seasider but I would laugh. I'm glad you're happy in 89th place or whatever you are. The conference is a nightmare!

Good 100 Wolves in there today...along with around 50 Saints, 15 Tigers...and 1 Cobblers (when I looked in the mirror going for a p*ss!) You are in free fall...and after today's totally inept performance - we're down! Cobblers players are total light weight (can I say poofs?) dicks who care more for their haircuts than performances on the pitch! There's a Hotel End Party organised for after the game against Oxford Utd...feel free to come along! ive got quite a band of cobblers mates and they seem to think that your already down, think some have given up hope as have some of us,but going back to ticket allocation, just say we are still in the playoff hunt by then are we really only gonna get just the 900 seast behind the goal?? there could be ox fans everywhere if this is the case You'll get, as said, 1300 - heard the roof (and thus stand fully operational) staying on the East till end of the season - East corner as usual! You are unlikely to have Ox fans 'everywhere' even if you are in the playoffs...don't forget, we'll likely be playing to stay up - so we'll be turning up forcefully in some degree of passionate dejection!!! Only Man City and to a lesser extent a sitting on hands Leicester have infiltrated home areas. To be fair, Southampton were given 1800 in the FAC a few seasons back, but on the pretext that the Cobblers were only likely (and did!) to sell around 2,500 tickets! Pompey in town before you chaps!

4 games left then Northampton... Looking like it will certainly matter to them... It could still matter to us (that is a rare flash of optimism from me). The closer we get the more depressing things seem ?

How about this scenario:
Oxford turn up with only 10th place to play for.
A win would put Northampton down and wipe the smile off Wilder's face.
A defeat would send Wycombe back to non league where they belong.
Which option do we prefer?

We all know deep down what will happen, Npton will win to stay up and Wilder will love every minute of it. At least it will not cost us a playoff place as well ( out of it before then)

This^^^^^^
Watching CW doing his sub-Mourinho sliding along the touchline celebration at the final whistle will be painful.

Well, Mrs Manorlounger and myself will be going. Hotel booked and paid for in advance so no point not going. Another depressing afternoon of football dross and then a meal with excessive alcohol to forget the whole thing. It's hard being an OUFC supporter at the moment! Still, there is the excitement of going to Wembley for the play off final . . . . . .

If we have to win to get in Playoffs and Northampton have to win to stay up, how many fans would we take? Similar to us and Orient.
