If Southend are a long ball team, then god knows what we are! They passed it quickly to players in space, and more importantly forward!
Its just dire watching our lot not closing down opposition players week after week, and them being able to play passes so easily, especially at home. Surely this has to be a tactic and the way they are told to play as it's done regularly. Its baffling to me though. In a similar vein, I'm getting p*ssed off watching our players just expecting a pass to get to them and not thinking it might actually be a good idea to move a bit towards the ball before its picked off by an opposition player that actually knows how to move his feet!
As for Corr, he won practically everything in the air first half.

What i found strange is in most games after 15-20 minutes CW swaps Potter and Rigg over, yesterday it never happened the RB had Riggys number and Potter was woeful, though both improved in the 2nd half.
