Well, at least one bit of good news...we might have found a solid goalie for the rest of the season. And Beano's 90th goal for us was good. Oh yes, and the fact that we got a point out of it. Shame to have dropped two. Hope that we do better on Saturday.

2pts dropped in my opinion, we had a chance to catch others and we didn't really deliver!

Should have won it but I'll settle for that. The injury curse strikes again though which is not good news.

Should have won today. Played ok.
Great to see Beano back, makes the world of difference.
Potter- oh dear me. Abysmal day at the office. Wow, that was bad. Conditions didn't help though.

Have to say pretty pi55ed off with that result. It's 2 points dropped and good run off the rails as per... Hope we can get a good result at Southend and get back on track!

Disappointed, but the old spectre of 'good XI, poor squad' showed its ugly head again to scupper our chances. Look at the subs and would you say the squad still had equal balance when the substituted player went off and the new player came on?
Duberry off, Raynes on Leven off, Capaldi on Craddock off, Smalley on
I would say that the side that finished the match is a hell of a lot weaker than the XI that started it.

It wasn't a great result but wasn't a bad result. The conditions were hard to play in for both sides and the pitch was pretty awful leaving area of the pitch where the hoof was the only option. Both teams visibly tired as the match went on. I think we defended well apart from the goal, leaving Crocombe not a lot to do in his first start.
I assume Doobs and Leven were injured and that was reason for coming off.

I am beginning to worry about my fellow yellows fans - am I really the only one that found tonights performance lacking skill, excitement, entertainment, anything remotely associated with football ? !!! Stop blaming the pitch, the injuries, the weather - these are all a part of the overall game and cannot be used to excuse the miskicking, misreading and general awfulness of tonights 11 + supposedly skilful and knowledgeable professional footballers. PS. I would excuse Rigg, at least he showed some skills.

The sad weakness in midfield was exposed all to much when he did not turn up for the second half.

How can you not blame the pitch for a poor quality game, nerps? The wind didn't help.

I was by the side of the pitch last night, around 6.15pm. And it did not look good. The rugby had made a mess of it. It cut up a lot during the game, and a lot of rain fell to. It was a difficult pitch to play on, and anyone who doesn't take that into account, I find surprising.
