Thats hardly a like for like sub is it, looks like we looking to hang on to what we got, and have a replay. I would of give the young lad a chance to show CW what he can do. I wouldn't, as there is to much at stake. I'm all for giving youngsters a chance, but away at Accrington when the score is 1-1 isn't the right time to take that risk. Wilder would get slaughtered if he put Marsh on and we got beaten. It's a tough place to go, and I'd rather we have our best players out there as its vital we get into the 3rd draw. I completley understand what your saying JL, but how many times do you hear about fairy tales in the Fa Cup, putting the young man on maybe just maybe it could pay off. Throwing players in at the deep end is often the best way. Thats what i think anyway.

He isn't match fit, so it would be to much of a risk. What's at stake today and Tuesday is completely different. A big draw tomorrow could mean we make a profit instead of a loss this season, and that could mean we can get better players In or a more expensive manager. Defeat means we will make no money and that will mean we struggle financially.
I agree Marsh should be given a go, and he still might. But he hasn't played much football lately, and he may not be good enough. So today maybe isn't the right time.
Wilder will get slaughtered if we lose, but even more so if he brings on an untried youngster over a more experienced player.
As for the fairytale story, that would be great. But Accrington away on a cold day is tough to get a result.

Marsh is on the bench as we have no one else. If TC was fit, Marsh would be in stands

I gotta say the missus is watching the rugby down stairs. England beating the All Blacks 35-14. Its tempting to go and join her.

If he's not good enough, then he shouldn't be on the bench.. just saying. who else fills the gap if marsh isnt on the bench? My point is. That if Tyrone Marsh is on the bench he's fit and ready when required, and as much as i feel for JPP who is blighted by injuries. If i was in CW's position, i would of said. "Ty here's ya chance go out there and give it your best". We all have different views and opinions, and its good to have a debate, thats what forums are for too.

Not many shocks out there as it stands, Vale 1up at Sheff Utd and perhaps Luton 1 up against Dorchester is the other

Has Lenegan bought a lottery ticket -if not he should to buy us some players?? This is why we should have brought in an extra body in the loan window. We are staggeringly thin....
