Way too early. We won three in a row a couple of times two seasons ago and had nothing to show for it at the end of the day. Time to just enjoy how the table looks and hope we can still be thereabouts at Christmas. I've been a U's fan since the 60's and have seen too many false dawns but full credit to all at the club for the perfect start.

Keep your feet on the ground and have a few more pies. Long way to go yet.

That second half performance may well be a blessing in disguise. To put in a performance that bad after being in the lead, this early in the season, will have been a great learning process for these players and should make sure it never happens again. Wilder, NEVER sit back on a 2-0 lead.

The first half performance reminded me of the Chesterfield side that won promotion two seasos ago. Loads of running off the ball, players getting in the right positions with acres of space and bags of confidence. It was great to watch.
