Im sure he's racing tonight in the 10,000m another potential medal, although you can't write off them Ethiopians/Kenyans.

Superb run, tactically brilliant.
With respect to your boats and bikes you can stick that. This is the true olympics. Nothing in an olympics will top a 10,000 metre final under the lights with the crowd roaring a brit home.
Best moment of this olympics by a million miles.

Great performance by Mo Farah. At one point I thought he wasn't going to win it, but he knew what he was doing and he had that sixth gear if he needed.
Tops of a great day for British athletics. Superb.

Your ability to quote opinion as fact is second to none. This time I agree.

The yank who came second (or Gaydon Rupp - Mo Farrah's training partner as he has had his name changed to by BBC commentators) most be the only runner of non east African heritage to win a medal at the 10k for a long time, although Farrah cant have benefited much from his as he didnt grow up at altitude.
Maybe they have shown that you can do well at distance running without being born/grown up at high altitudes (as the Kenyan/Ethiopians have).

Cant recall many Nepalese distance runners !!

They're used to breathing less oxygen, which means that when they come down to ground level, their performances are enhanced due to more oxygen than their body had when it was training

Something to do with the amount of red blood cells to white blood cells (or the other way round) that living at high altitude alters, means you use up less oxygen while exerting yourself. Why do you think distance runners do altitude training. Virtually all Kenyan runners come from a couple of areas, not the whole country, and those areas happen to be at altitude, same with Ethiopia

After tonights performance, He's the greatest distance runner we have ever had. He won the world 5000m in korea last year, and was runner up in the 10,000m in korea and nearly won it until Ibrahim Jelian snatched it at the end. Mo Farah has joined an elite group of people to win both events in the same Olympics.
So with these achivements my vote for sports personality of the year goes to Mo Farah.

Mo Farah is just incredible. He was determined to not be mucked around by the twattish Africans who were trying to get in front by any means possible. His determination shone through.
Yet again, our Olympians show up players earning 200k a week for the weak and selfish fools they are.
