all i could see was that he took out craddock with no defender in sight. Willing to be proved wrong but can't see how it wasnt a red.

Yeah, a red every day of the week... apart from for this ref. The decision probably played into our hands though, so I'm not really sure what to think!

How was that not a sending off ?? according to Craddock on RadOx The ref said that Craddock had already knocked the ball out of play well he would have got it if he hadnt of got taken out ffs !!! Wilder also said that it wasn't a red as there was a man covering ?! umm the keeper wasn't in his goal so all Tom would have had to have done would be just to smack into the back of the net !!

just what you would expect from a ref from shitshire 6 didgits on both hands and webbed feet the fat fucker could never keep up with play SO he went to his linesman WHO was stood infront of the LTE & probably getting constant threats & abuse BETWEEN them they bottled it !

I don't get the covering defender argument in this case. If a player can be 'last man' when there is still a goalkeeper to beat, then surely the goalkeeper is 'last man' when there is just a covering defender in the general area. If he's the last man then it is a straight red. simple.

The ref said that Craddock had already knocked the ball out of play well he would have got it if he hadnt of got taken out ffs !!! Wilder also said that it wasn't a red as there was a man covering ?! TBH I was saying at the time that I reckoned it was a FK and a yellow. For it to be a red the attacker must be moving towards the goal, otherwise it's not an "Obvious Goal Scoring Opportunity" and before he was (cynically) taken out Craddock had knocked it slightly wide, closer to the corner flag than the 6 yard box. Covering defender getting back at pace, ball going wide, not many FL refs will give a red for that.

what more of a goal scoring opportunity can you have? No goalkeeper and a solitary defender trying to get back. If Craddock had got to his touch i have no doubt he would have scored. I'll wait until i see it on the highlights to be totally sure, but from what i saw...red card.

Common sense says it was an opportunity but I think the ref was correct according to the laws because it was heading away from goal. Hope the FL show has it tonight but I'm expecting that as usual we'll have to wait for the extended highlights to go up on the BBC website

The Ref didn't seem to want to make the big decision today that would condemn Lincoln. For me it was a red card, as if it was CB taking a striker out when through on goal it would be a red card.
Malone was iffy today, but he's been reasonable when reffing us before. There were players who persistently fouled (Lincoln's 9 and 8) who didn't get punished but others got done for a foul. Be nice to have a ref who has the bottle to give things.

It was never a red. A red card should be shown if he had taken it to the left of the goalie.
